The real answer is :

"Yes, I fucking well do. Why would I want to watch Big Brothers Little Cunt of a Brother or whatever shit you watch? I want to kill people, race people and chat up birds on MySpace."

A better answer would be :

"I need my down time. Work is so stressful at the minute and I feel I just need to shut down, you know? I'm sorry if I appear distant but it's just my way of dealing with it. You know I'm emotionally retarded so I'm perhaps not the best at coping with my feelings of frustration but the computer really helps. Let's get a movie out this Friday eh?"

Then on Friday try and get Pay Per View porn 'cos you can't be arsed to go out to the video rental. Obviously it's shit but hopefully it's enough to get her going. If she says no then it's ok to sulk a bit and you still get to watch an action movie rather than some shite romantic drama.
