Speeding on housing estates.

Isn't it bad enough already with parents letting their kids out to play without the added danger of young knobs driving at 45-50mph in a 30mph zone.

Wake up and smell the roses, they don't teach the green cross code to babies and toddlers, they just don't get it. Fair enough it's down to the parents to keep their children safe, but if your speeding, the odds drop dramatically.
