So here's the plan. The people need to rise up and start some kind of bin-based revolution. If you think about it, it 8 people on a street could mount an effective protest. They just need to collect their bins together to form a barricade. With 8 people, that would be 32 bins. You could build a fort out of that. If everyone on a street teamed up, you could probably fashion some kind of doomsday weapon from all those bins. You know that thing that RoboCop fights in RoboCop 2? You could make a few of those, march on Downing Street, and shake your robotic plastic fists at number 10. Revolution, man.
